The Cincinnati Challenge Men’s Ranch is a faith based, drug and alcohol treatment center for men ages 18 and up. Character based training along with a spiritual emphasis gives new identity and purpose to one’s life. Operating at a capacity of 21, situated in a rural setting on over 130 acres, we specialize in an individualized, mentoring approach to overcoming life’s obstacles.

We offer a 6+ month, life changing program and a re-entry work/career transition phase for our graduates. For Cincinnati Challenge Ranch adult graduates needing help, we offer a 30 day restoration program with a re-entry phase opportunity.

Education

The academic portion of the program consists of approximately 40%+ of the students overall time  (in an 8 hour day) and is tied to drawing a greater awareness to previous experience, relational and choice issues and solutions.

If applicable, GED is mandatory for completion.

Culinary Arts

The Culinary Arts Training program equips the student with sufficient skills enabling him to successfully compete in the food industry marketplace for exceptional employment opportunities. The program emphasizes proficiency in traditional and contemporary culinary techniques, basic baking, pastry and
service skills.

This is an elective application/acceptance 8 session program encompassing over 100 hands on hours of culinary skills and disciplines. 

Note: Electing this program of training will increase the overall length of the discipleship program by approximately 2 months.

Re-Entry Phase

Re-entry discipleship is considered a time for you to embrace responsibility for your Christian walk and actively apply instruction.  This phase affords the transitional opportunity of further equipping to help assure success.   All Re-Entry students must be capable of securing employment.  We assist the student in job networking and transportation opportunities.  Re-entry students must have a pathway to obtaining a valid driver’s license and insurance.
